Refund policy

JW Clark Returns Policy – Jumbo Bags only.

In the event that you wish to return a Jumbo Bag of material, most likely because too much has been ordered, then we can collect these for a standard fee of £20+VAT, as long as they were delivered to our main delivery area, see here. This £20+VAT is the cost of delivery that is worked into the cost of Jumbo Bags delivered. Our Online Shop continually refers to 'free delivery' as this is the simplest way of presenting our 'delivered' prices to out customers, the platform we use does not easily allow us to separate the cost of delivery from the remainder of the cost.

Any Jumbo Bags we collect must be full and must not have been disturbed. Please note that we cannot ordinarily collect part-used Jumbo Bags of aggregate. In some instances we may be able to remove part-used Jumbo Bags of material, but in leiu of any refund, please contact us for more details. 

 

Please note also that when we sell material in jumbo bags, we are selling the material and the jumbo bag itself. Used jumbo bags are strictly ‘one-use’ only and cannot be returned for re-use, neither for disposal. For more information on what to do with empty Jumbo Bags, please see our FAQs section
