Damp Proof Membrane. 4m x 25m black plastic DPM on a roll, 300 microns/1200 gauge. Many uses in construction, mainly for use underneath concrete floors in new houses, house extensions, conservatories etc. 300mu/1200 gauge is generally the thickness required under Building Regs in the UK.
